Once we have narrowed down the candidates to a short list we organise and execute a detailed sales specific evaluation day at either your premises or one of our assessment centres. The day is designed to your exact specification and often includes psychometric testing, real-life situational exercises and both individual and group exercises designed to identify individual candidates strengths and weaknesses and their overall suitability for the role.
The process doesn’t end there, The Boardroom guide you through the latter stages of final interviews, the offer, negotiation and mediation as required and then provide 3 months of mentoring and consultancy for the new team member.
